Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy requires at least a 48 hour notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling. If less than a 48 hour notice is given, the client will be charged for 50% of the scheduled service value. An appointment will not be rescheduled until the cancellation fee is paid.  

If any appointment is cancelled one hour or less prior to the scheduled appointment, or any no-call no-shows, you will be charged for 100% of the scheduled appointment service value.

We completely understand that life happens, so exceptions do apply. However, we must enforce these policies so we can continue to provide you with exceptional service.
